The volleyball courts here get serious on weekends. Pickup games start around 9am and go all day. The water is usually crystal clear and there's always someone renting paddleboards nearby.

The courts at the municipal beach fill up every Saturday morning. Just show up and get on a team. Competitive but friendly.

Group surf lessons for beginners right at the municipal beach. Boards and rash guards included. You will stand up on your first day or your money back.
